I went to my orthopedic appointment this morning, he did x-rays on my knee but didn't show anything, so I need to get an MRI. For now he told me I can do lower impact exercises.
Thanks so much for your comments and suggestions. Definitely being home is not helping me, I need to make sure I keep myself busy. Lately I been wasting too much time in the computer. I normally do most of the house work in one day and twice a week. I think I'm going to see if I can spread it out through the week so I can have my morning busy cleaning and going to the gym. Then the afternoon I can do errands, after school activities, and work on my Project life and or crochet. I'm also going to make sure I always have healthy options for snacking so I don't eat the boys ice cream and sweets
Ruth, You just described my husband, he is a total carb addict. The only difference is that he does need to lose weight (15-20lbs) and he also has high triglycerides but he doesn't want to make changes to his diet, according to him he doesn't eat too bad. So he is just sticking to his medicine
Pearlrose, I usually call it "TOM" but my friend calls it shark week and i guess I just use it with out realizing it LOL
