My other question is about the olive oil. Does it count when say wilting spinach in EVOO or cooking my meat in it? Can I still use the two teaspoons mixed with ACV for a salad dressing after doing that? I know we must have the two teaspoons, but does that mean NO MORE than two tsps.? I could use PAM I suppose instead of EVOO for the cooking and then just have the oil in my salad as I'm not a big fan of the WF dressings (except thousand island when making big mac in a bowl!!
