10 Days In The Life Boat #199.

  • Welcome to the latest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.
  • Things improved on the last leg.
My goals for this leg are:
Continue to avoid foods that can cause a binge - just say "no" before I start.
Track my WW points, even the bad ones.
    Try to move more.
  • Wow Judy you did really well on your last weigh in!

I am dragging my sorry butt in here because I need to be accountable.
I will exercise for 15 minutes everyday and report here daily.
I have been slacking long enough.
  • Wow Judy awesome weigh in result

Me I had a collision course with a chocolate ice burg now bunny we won a 3.5 kg bunny
Told my girls they had to share it and flip they still shared it with me cause it was huge .. I had way too much of the.bunny
Having said that ... it's pretty much all gone in four days ... whoops
  • Epic Fail yesterday.
Going to dry myself off and get moving today.
Karen what is your goal for this leg?
  • 10 days of not eating anything after dinner...I feel so much better when I achieve that
  • Dry.
15 minutes on bike and checking in here.
  • I've been swimming for the last few days. I'm climbing back aboard tonight with plans to row hard and stay dry tomorrow
  • Dry.
    Stay steady rowing Judy.
  • Dry.
  • Dry.
  • my goal was to survive Easter without gaining if possible - didn't last week but this weeks not been so great so tomorrow will tell!
  • Was wet, now just damp.

Making up a huge (I'm out of everything!) grocery list for tomorrow.
  • Oars Down!

We need to get supplies then head over to slip #200. Today begins the next leg of our journey aboard the Life Boat.
