All diets (including low carb) have the same thing in common... Calorie reduction.
That's all it is. There isn't something magical about going low carb, or no carb, or low fat or paleo, or vegetarian or whatever....
They all are just a means to reduce calories.
And thats why they CAN work.... for some.
The key is to find out what works for you.
The best diet in the world, is the diet that you can stick too.
For me, I like food. I don't want to feel restricted from foods that I want to eat, so I follow a flexible diet approach and teach this also to my clients.
