I Need Gluten Free WW Friendly Breakfast Ideas! Help!

  • Hello everyone

    So I have Celiac Disease and cannot eat gluten. My wife and I are both doing weight watchers, and struggle a great deal with coming up with weight watcher's friendly gluten free breakfasts. I am a picky eater, do not like eggs, and we're getting tired of banana pancakes lol.

    Please give me some ideas!

  • Have you tried adding peppers or onions to your eggs? And some chopped up turkey bacon maybe? What about oatmeal?
  • Yep, just not an egg fan. LOL, also do not like cooked peppers ha. I do like Oatmeal, I eat yogurt, and sometimes we make banana pancakes. But tbh, breakfast can be quite a hard decision!
  • Also a lot of people get stuck on breakfast needing to be breakfast food - you can eat whatever you want for breakfast!
  • I follow Bob's Red Mill @bobsredmill on Instagram, they have lots of gluten free recipes, breakfast and others.
