After a difficult two years, I am finally under 300....took a lot of time to get my head in the game but getting the GERD wakeup call apparently was what I needed.
Had a physical for the first time in 10 years along with a pap and mammogram....so far just very very low vitamin D which I'm addressing with a supplement and the mammogram was done today so no results yet.
I'm grateful for what I am been given so far and look forward to enjoy a long healthy life.
