Hello

I'm 23, 5'3 and 211lb.
My health is starting to suffer and I'm now facing some pretty scary conditions if I don't sort myself out asap!
I'm at such a loss, so I'm giving this a go in hope of making some friends here and hopefully help each other get to where we want to be!
