The challenge will consist of 1 week at a time for 90 days Starting April 1st., with a goal weight loss of 2lbs. per week. You will use what ever plan you like but Commit to 1 week at a time. If you can not commit to 1 week, then this challenge is not for you. (YOU CAN DO THIS!) If you never start, you will still be the same weight 90 days from now or heavier.
Please post your starting weight(SW), (GW) goal weight(CW)current weight. April 1st. We will post weight every Sunday and total weight lost at the end of the challenge. Feel free to share your tips and ideas anytime as we go.
