First, let's see how I did:
1. Get some structure...plan my meals and make sure I eat. Not too bad...today will be a bigger challenge.
2. Water....get some lemons to put in in and maybe a pretty glass. Okay, I didn't do this...yet. But I am going to the store in a while and a glass and lemons are on my list!
3. Find a way to work out even though Andi is home and staying in "my" exercise room! This could really be a huge challenge! THIS I did! I did the 4 mi WATP tape for the FIRST time yesterday!
I did meet the weekend challenge of trying something new! I made bouilliabaise (SP?) for my DD and her BF....and it was yummy. Who knew something so good for you could taste like heaven?
And if I include doing the 4mi WATP tape I did TWO new things so far! My goals were for the entire weekend, but I need to add one for today:
1. EAT ON PLAN!!
'Nuff said on that topic.Extra credit challenge: Make sure you read Marcie's post in the daily thread about making choices and deciding how September is going to be for you! Good stuff.
I want to hear about any ideas you have come up with for getting your water, too. Ruth said she was going to set her kitchen timer for every hour...I like that one. I thought I might buy some cheap, thin bangle bracelets and start out with all of them on one arm, moving them as I drank my water. Then again, maybe not!
Okay, ladies....August is almost over...let's bid it a fond farewill and get geared up for September!

I want to be ALONE!!!
I'm reading a new book, and I'm going to spend some time grooming my dogs, maybe find an old movie on TV to watch, maybe take a little nap! I feel so self-indulgent and a little selfish and lazy, but I deserve to do this for myself!

Tuesday will be here before you know it!
You seem to have a really good handle on the upcoming challenges, and I honestly think that is more than half the battle. It is always better to plan ahead, even if that means eating off plan, than it is to just "go for it" on a whim. Way to go!
