  • I exceeded my minute goal for February. I am going to change it up for March: my goal is to exercise 5 out of 7 days, and at least 2 extra.

  • I didn't have a real goal other than to exceed January, which I did. Now to beat February!!! Goal to exceed 1366 minutes.....have some catching up to do as I did nothing while I was away.

    Not a good month for me being consistent. Although my Fitbit does show more exercise than this for the month.
