Hi I'm starting Atkins 40 tomorrow
And could use some advice on what foods I can have
Yogurt?
Fruit? Etc.

Yogurt is supposed to be full fat. But it's hard to find even in the Greek yogurt. I think Fage makes it, 2% Greek Yogurt is only 1 carb more. I'm not sure if you can find any regular plan yogurt these days. I sometimes eat the Dannon Triple Zero. 14 total carbs, 6 from an added fiber. It's fat free, but the carbs aren't horrible.
Fruit will be berries most likely. They are the lowest in carbs and a good addition to yogurt.
Greek Gods yoghurt has 7-9% fat, if you can get it. Delicious
