    Farn0057: Not much really...mostly just taking a 4 mile walk every evening, keeping my calories around the 1200 mark (1600 is my current limit), and drinking lots of water. That's all I'm really doing right now. Will be adding in strength training or building up to jogging/running a little later on when I have less weight on my joints.

  • Opheliaphoenix: that sounds like a great plan you have!!! I've started to run too! Not a lot, but my longer term goal (probably in a few years) is to attempt a marathon! I figure starting now with little jogs will help me get there!
