Hello. A friend of mine has been very interested in Ideal Protein since she knows I have had very good results with it, however she truly doesn't think she would have time to go in and see a coach once a week, especially since the only one near her is only available Mon-Fri during work hours! She has been asking me if I know of any delivery services similar to Ideal Protein but honestly I have no idea! Does anyone know of any delivery services similar to the Ideal Protein Diet?

I don't know of any delivery service, but many people end up using alternatives (non IP products with similar macro/nutritional values) but following the IP protocol. There are threads here with a wealth of info and experienced users following IP with alternatives.
