I give up

  • Well since I started here I thought I lost 5 lbs, but it seems they found me again. I have been working out two weeks before I started here and I just cant seem to loose anything. I'm thinking it probably has to do with thyroid now as it does run in the family.
Last year I worked out for almost 10 weeks at a gym, for 45 minutes. Walked daily for the same time about 2 miles a day, and lost 4 lbs. I just gave up and I'm about to now. The weight just keeps coming with or without food journals/ sweets and I'm just sick of it.
This will probably be my last time here.
  • Oh and I have continued my work out still.
  • Bye. Good luck.
  • Thyroid checked?
Have you had your thyroid checked? Go to the dr if you haven't already. If you have already and not having success maybe a second opinion.
  • selene--I am new too, I gain and lose but all I know is that when I give up 10 lbs magically apopears

No one will remember those who gave up early. All the great stories come from those sticking to it!

Please, do reconsider. This is not a linear process and what you experienced is natural.

    I hope you feel better.
