Reviving this thread, because I'm also struggling to get out of this zone. I've yo-yo'd between the 270s and 260s since December, and it's driving me nuts! I know it's because I've been a slacker with logging my food and sticking to my calorie goals, but it has me beyond frustrated. Anyone else in the same boat?
Hi all, I weighed in at 277 on thanksgiving day when I joined the gym. I was told I need to lose 101 lbs of fat. Long shot but gotta start by losing 1 lb and then repeat it 100 times
This morning I weighed in at 273.2
Looking forward to getting out of the 270s !!
