I am thrilled to report that after almost three weeks of doing HIIT on my spin bike five days a week, eating right and increasing my water, I am seeing results! Im feeling stronger and much more energetic! My lower back pain seems to have disappeared and I find myself walking around with a goofy smile because i just dang well feel good! =) I was putting my makeup on this morning and i noticed my skin is even looking great! PLUS, I AM FEELING IT IN MY CLOTHES!!! I won't weigh myself till Friday though =)

Congrats! on your progress. smaller numbers on the scale are always nice to see, but when you have less aches and pains and just over all feel better it's the best reward of eating better and exercising. You go girl!
