  • Hi! I've been doing three programs for the past few days and plan to continue. I'm alternating Focus T25 and Piyo so I'm doing one every other day. And then I do yoga every day, I'm currently following the 3 Week Yoga Retreat. I'm liking the variety of the mix of programs and that I'm doing more yoga. I'm not a huge fan of doing yoga, but I am a huge fan of the results of yoga- more flexibility, better balance, less back pain.

    Last night's workout was:
    T25 Cardio: 25 minutes
    3 Week Yoga Retreat, Flow: 30 minutes
