I am new here and I am wanting to lose 25 more pounds. Last year I lost a baby when I was 29 weeks along. I lost 35 pounds last year after the loss. I ended up battling a bad case of lower intestine infection for 3 months at the end of the year. I decided that starting January I would try to lose 2 pounds a week and it was going good but then I gained it back so I thought i would try to do something new. Instead of looking at the scale I have a pair of shorts I want to fit in that I bought back in 2014 and never fit in. So I start over tomorrow I am going to take a picture of me in the shorts and take another picture towards the end of February. Wish me luck.

Hey Blueeyes! So sorry for your loss. Sounds like you had a difficult year. The shorts idea sounds good, a different way to have a very concrete goal.
