Hi im Amber im new to 3fc and am trying to find some support for my weightloss journey im on. I am 34 yrs old and i am currently at 297. I guess my biggest thing is im a emotional eater and it sucks really bad sometimes but i have been cutting back on junk food n soda now im onto water and fruits and smaller portions so any advice is welcome thank you
Those are great changes to make!!!
One thing that helped me ditch soda was drinking tea. It gave me something with more flavour without the added sugar and stuff soda has.
Another thing that helped me was baking my vegetables; you can make carrot fries, zucchini sticks... Even brussel sprouts taste better baked! Made eating healthy easier and still had me looking forward to my meals. They don't need anything but a little seasoning of your choice (if that) and like a dab of olive oil.
