Cheat day help!!!#

  • Hi all!

    I just had a very rough day. I ate about 2200calories and my norm is 1000 to 1200 with 3 hrs of cardio. Will I gain weight from one carb and calorie feast?

    Granola gummi bears fruit veg fish...u name it I ate it. But I did workout today. What's the worst that can happen? I heard it can trick my body into metabolising better. Am I correct ?
