A new year - a new start

  • Not paying attention to my food intake and drinks over the last 6 weeks - resulted in 15 lbs gain.

Today, I start back up with my meal plan. Not visiting my center yet because I still have some product left from the summer.

Here is my commitment to lose the gained pounds as quickly as possible!
Who is going to join me?

  • I'll join you..Im seriously thinking about doing a do over
  • Satin Doll. great that you want to join me. I did eat healthier over the last week but I did not lose anything. So, I really have to buckle down again and look for my old program what I can eat. I am still really angry and frustrated with myself, I knew I was gaining weight, but I guess I did not care. Now, the big task of losing the last 10 pounds starts all over again. I bought lots of new clothing that is tight now.

How long has it been since you did the program?
I try to blog daily in hope to give support to others as well.

  • I do not have any advice for you since I am just starting my journey. However, I wanted to tell you Good Luck!!! And you got this! You've done it before.
  • Thanks for the encouragement. I do remember the last 10lbs took the longest, but I will weigh in on Monday again.

I try to do it without any of the supplements, let's see how that works. If I do not see success I will go back as long as I still have the membership.

    Have a great weekend!

  • I do not use any of the pills... just the drinks. If I cant lose without the pills then this diet isn't for me. So far so good!
  • I try not to buy any of their supplements, I looked up my old instructions and try to follow it. I do eat 1oz more in lean proteins like tofu, yogurt or cottage cheese. This way I am not hungry. I still have to figure what would be the best snack in the afternoon that does not have too many calories.

    To all a great week,
