Hi,
I'm new on here but looking to see if anyone is in the same position.
I had thyroid cancer last year and had a total thyroidectomy resulting in me becoming hypo for a while and now I'm on synthetic thyroxine.
I put on so much weight and I'm now the heaviest I've ever been along with low energy levels.
Anyone had similar and if so what worked or didn't?
I also have PCOS just to make things that bit easier! 😅
