  • Well, I did not make my exercise goal for last month but going to go for it again this month.

  • I'll start the New Year off with you I ordered a few new goodies to motivate me. I don't know what to set or a goal, just looking for consistency. Maybe to motivate my I'll keep up with your minutes

    1 20 min indoor cycling
    2 35 min indoor cycling
    3 35 min fit board cardio
    4 40 min cardio /free weights
    5 30 min cardio
    6 39 min cycling 15 min yoga (trying something new)
    7 1 hr snow shoveling (fit bit says 368 cal burned I'll take it!!)

    8. Rest sort of helped Joe move furniture ugh

    10 30 min core strength
    11 35 min cardio
    12 45 min yoga/cardio
    13 walking NYC
    14 snow shoveling 20 minutes

    16 45 min indoor cycling 20 minutes resistance bands

    19 & 20 lazy girl
    21 steps in (wearing full duty belt and vest should count as resistance training lol)
