10 min workouts

  • I have started calorie counting and doing 10-15 min workouts. Has anyone had success with 10-15min workouts? I have lost 6pounds so far but idk if that's just from the calories deflict
  • I've had some success with getting a couple of 10-15 minute walks in each day, but most of my weight loss can be attributed to calorie deficit. They say weight loss is 80% what you eat, and I think that's pretty much true.
  • I'm almost certain most people will lost weight if they have a high enough calorie deficit without structured workouts programs; any exercise will definitely help, but I think that the saying weight loss mostly happens in the kitchen is pretty accurate.

Personally, I could see a few benefits of short workouts like 10-15 minutes in that it helps when you're quite new to exercise, and might help you just get into a 'healthy mindset'. In terms of other gains like fitness it probably depends on what you're doing in those 15 minutes. I've heard good things about short bursts of high intensity
  • Largely enough if you aim for a body to Jeff Seid or Lazar Angelov. On the other hand if you want to be like Jay Cutler or Kaaris it will take at least 30 minutes a day with powder.
