How do I add a weight loss ticker to my profile? Thanks!

look at the screen/ upper left hand side/ user CP

You must have 20 posts and be on this 3fc site for 20 days.

Then, you get to enhance your signature with the ticker.

I wish I could help you. I know you do it in your User Profile with the Signature but I am not exactly sure as I tried to do this recently because I think you asked this in another thread that I was trying to answer. Someone who knows how needs to give step by step instructions. I have seen lots of general guidelines for doing so but I have not found one post that gives step by step instructions. I'll try again and if I figure it out, I'll share specific instructions.
