Well...I recently started the diet again and did this the other day and BINGO...it was GOOOOOOOOD!
WF Caesar Dressing (1 Tablespoon...maybe just a tad more)
Lettuce
brocoli
IP chips: garlic and herb (crumbled)
peppercini pepper pieces (about 5 peppers chopped)
The salad was amazing. The juices from the peppers and the garlic from the chips really stood out over the salad dressing and was edible.
Now I'm STOKED about this diet again. I can do this after all.
