  • Well, this is the 3rd month in a row that I'm trying to get out of the 210s. My goal for October is 209.8
  • I recently regained 10 pounds. My goal for October is to get out of the 170s. I'm shooting for 167.
  • My goal for October is 7 pounds.

    I packed on some water weight last night after a mini fried food binge. So my goal is going to be three pounds less than my September low.

    SW: 137.8 (Sept. low was 135.4 lbs)
    GW: 132.4 (net loss of 3lbs)

    10/01: 137.8 lbs
  • My goal is 5.4 pounds.

    SW: 140.4
    GW: 135.0

    10/1 - 140.4
  • Oct 1st SW: 147.0
    GW: 142.4

    Goal Loss - 4.6 pounds
  • Hi girls well in Sept I kept my 7lb total wt loss but didnt hit my goal of 165.So I am going for 3lbs this month.Yesterday scale read in at 168.

  • I made my goal weight for last month a day late. But I guess at least I made it. Back up some this morning though since yesterday was cheat day
