So how did the challenge go? I have made some gains (oops, I mean that in a positive way). My clothes are fitting better so I'm happy. I've had some moments where I ate the wrong things, but oh well I'm human. I just start again.
In yoga, I'm now able to do a full backbend and hold it for about 15 seconds. That was liberating! And in Pilates, I'm doing full pushups (not the girlie modification of being on my knees) with one leg raised off the floor. I can only muster about 6, but at the beginning I had trouble just supporting my weight.

And yes, I'll initiate another challenge. 'Countdown to summer' maybe? Start thinking about the goals you wish to achieve.
