Winter Challenge wrapup

  • Hey how has everybody been? I didn't think I'd ever find this forum again. I kept trying to use my old link and it didn't work. Finally, I wisened up.

    So how did the challenge go? I have made some gains (oops, I mean that in a positive way). My clothes are fitting better so I'm happy. I've had some moments where I ate the wrong things, but oh well I'm human. I just start again.

    In yoga, I'm now able to do a full backbend and hold it for about 15 seconds. That was liberating! And in Pilates, I'm doing full pushups (not the girlie modification of being on my knees) with one leg raised off the floor. I can only muster about 6, but at the beginning I had trouble just supporting my weight.

    Hope that you all have had success.

    And yes, I'll initiate another challenge. 'Countdown to summer' maybe? Start thinking about the goals you wish to achieve.

    Do start a summer challenge. I need to refresh my exercise goals and summer is around the corner hereabouts.!
  • Okay here i am i hope, yes please do a summer challenge!!!!!!!! I have decided to put some money away for every lb i lose, that way when i reach goal i can go shopping for a new wardrobe!!!! I am thinking 10 dollars a lb.........eeek, lol
