  • I've sort of been in a plateau and I'm over it. I decided last night that I'm going to try to lose 35 before i turn 35. My birthday is 12/22. I've been working out really hard but when I got depressed and anxious I lost my nutritional edge. The summer was rough with me trying to have fun with my friends going out having drinks and quite frankly, my body responds very poorly to alcohol so screw that. Im trying to get waisted...not wasted.

    I hope this is the right place to do this. I am starting September at 200lb. I have no solid workable goals other than to get out of the 200's. I am afraid to make a goal and plan because I usually fail.
    I am not an everyday poster. I do t even check my emails every day. So j will try to maintain a record and post it as I see here. Good luck ladies!

    Good luck to you too. Don't worry too much about falling short on goals and plans. If you don't hit a goal in one month, there's always the next. As long as you keep at it you are making progress. My weight plateaus often so I've failed to reach a number of monthly goals, but it's still something to work towards and it keeps me motivated. It's not the end of the world to fail, just don't give up. Try, try again.
