Anyone? Help please?

  • I've been on this diet for 7 weeks. I've still only maintained the weight I lost the first two weeks, which totals to 9 lbs. My coach and I are both stumped as to why this could be. Anyone have any helpful tips?
    I'm at the point where I'm thinking that this time IP isn't going to work for me like it did last time. Very discouraging.

    First thing I think of would be extras, like WF products, diet soda, flavored water.

    Next, do you have a digital scale? Are you measuring everything?

    Is it possible you are not eating enough?

    Have you been tested for hypothyroid? No diet will work if your thyroid is completely out of whack.

    Since you have a coach, many of these questions may have already been gone through / answered but the more detail we have, the more we may be able to help.
  • I second hysteria_625's post.... plus: Are you having any NSV's like losing inches, better skin, less pain in joints, less tummy upsets, etc.... your body may be working on healing before it drops another whoosh. Hang in there and don't forget your supplements, OIL, and water.
