  • I've been on the Take Shape For Life program since June 13 and thought documenting my weekly progress could help motivate me to stay on plan and also show anyone else interested in this program what progress looks like. I weigh daily and there are ups and downs, but a general trend of going down.

    June 13 - 19: 347.0 lbs (-13.2)
    June 19 - 26: 344.4 lbs (- 2.6)
    June 26 - July 3: 339.4 lbs (- 5.0)
    July 3 - July 10: 338.0 lbs (-1.4 )

    Weeks 5 - 8: Down 6.8 lbs
    July 10 - July 17 :On vacation, no weigh in
    July 17 - July 24: On vacation, weighed once: 341.6 lbs (+3.6)
    July 24 - July 31: Vacation over, back on plan: 332.6 lbs (-9.0)
    July 31 - August 7: 331.2 lbs (-1.4)

    Week 9: Down 6.4 lbs
