Hi everyone!
I am struggling with what to eat - apart from increasing my veg and fruit intake, I was told to avoid all pasta, breads, rice, etc which I struggle with esp pasta. I have tried brown rice which I don't like.
I am not the biggest fish eater and am quite fussy. I have reduced my coffee and soft drink in take (Maybe once a week now instead of everyday) but I am not that creative with food and struggle to keep things interesting.
Fad stuff doesn't appeal as I struggle to stay on the wagon.
Any suggestions or tips as to what everyone found worked well??
