  • It's been such a bad week feel like I've eat everything in site🙁. Haven't done as much exercise as I usually do. Don't want to go near the scales. Have absolutely no motivation this week.
  • Having a bad week doesn't mean u have to have a bad month or bad year.

    Dust yaself off and get back on the horse.
  • Lucky for you, tomorrow starts a new week. You get a brand new fresh start! You can do it.
  • We all have those hungry weeks.

    Do you think it was stress? Boredom? Emotional eating? Eating too many trigger foods? Or was your body just hungrier than usual?

    It can help finding the trigger for our hungrier weeks, but sometimes there isn't a clear one.

    Really bad weeks happen and really good weeks happen. What matters is that most of the time, we fall somewhere in between those extremes and have pretty good weeks. Weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight do NOT require perfection. Time evens out the really bad weeks.
