...how glad I am that I found this group!

I feel like I've done a good job of doing my research and learning what I need to know about WLS in regard to the technical side of things, but there's a personal side of it that you can only get from a group like this, a group of women who have had it done or are going through the process of getting it done. Somehow, I have managed to spend my life stocking up on skinny friends (LOL) who are very supportive but they obviously don't have the same perspective of anyone who has gone through this. I love my friends, and I thank God for them, but I'm also glad to have found a group like this!

I haven't had the surgery nor am I planning on it for the moment, but if I was, I know who and where I'd run to. It would be these girls for sure.

And your right, you can't relate unless you've been there yourself.
