I'm back!

  • I joined a few years ago and didn't last long in here.. I've only managed a 9lb loss in years (this is without trying) but a few days ago I had a heart scare and am very determined to lose some pounds and want to find others I can talk to and gain support from I'm just watching my calories and using myfitnesspal and pacer to count my steps. Also interested in finding a few good videos on youtube to help get me moving on rainy days or through the colder months. I own a pool so I go out in that a lot and swim to help burn some calories too!

    Sometimes it takes something like your heart scare to make you sit down and really think about what you can change to help the future.
    So well done for making a plan!
    I am on MFP also and the days that I don't track are not great days. So everything that I eat, good days and bad, I track it. It is also in sync with my iphone health app which tracks my steps, Its not a great step tracker, but I forget that it is there, just does everything automatically which I like.

    Do you have any weights? or small dumbells? some of the youtube videos on these are very good
