15 days in a row with my goals met and lost another 1.6 since last Thursday.
Had a pizza slip yesterday. Pushed me over my goal of using less than half of my extra points per week so, even though I didn't eat my way through all my extras, I fell out of the boat. My solution is to pick up a few L.C. French Bread Pizzas to keep in the freezer to help control portion size when I have to have pizza. I like them but not enough to go "overboard".
