does anyone do 16:8?

  • hi there. does anyone do the 16:8 fasting diet. ive read up on it and it sounds like a effective easy lifestyle for loosing weight. im starting it today and wondering if anyone has had any good results from doing this and if they still do it now?
  • must just be me lol. never mind ill still write about it incase anyone else is looking into it.
    ive done 2 days on this 'diet' and i feel quite hungry in the mornings..although luckily ive read you can still have teas and coffees during the 16 hour fasts. ive been eating around 11.00/11.30 and still having 3 meals a day. late breakfast followed by lunch about 2 and dinner/tea as we call it in the uk between 5 and 6. making sure i have a healthy snack just before my 8 hour window runs out.
    ive lost 3lbs in 2 days and yes i know its mainly water weight but its encouraging to see the scales going down for the first time in ages. im not going to fast during the weekend...well im not planning on anyway.
    ill keep posted how its making me feel as i go on.
