Is anyone doing or has anyone done The 17 Day Diet? I tried to search, but didn't find anything.

DH and I started this about 10 days ago. His boss and wife did it with a lot of success. It started off good I guess. I have some questions and was hoping there were others here that have done this. Anyone?

I have done the 17 day diet not too long ago.It worked, until I slowly stopped following the guidelines. If you can stick with it, it will work. It is definitely a lifestyle change. Good luck!
