Where is everyone these days? It's pretty quiet in here.
We are still in an extreme heat warning situation and I certainly appreciate my AC! So do the dogs. Jazz lies in the sun outside and then comes in and lies on the AC vent to cool off. Too funny but it must feel good.
I spent yesterday morning in the "sauna" aka the Fair Hall and got the schoolwork winners ribbonned. I am going to spend most of today in the house getting the winner list printed and ready for posting. Pet therapy is cancelled because of the heat warnings.
Hope Hump Day is just a gentle slope.

Did my 2.5 mile walk this morning, showered and just finished breakfast and doing wfh. Have class again today though I do have a conference call after class as well today. Nothing on the agenda this evening other than DD2 has art class.
Ruth glad you were able to get most of the work done yesterday and can stay in the AC this morning, my cat likes to lay on top of one of the vents as well.
Beth is this moving week for your parents? Hope you are able to stay op.

Hello!
I was not in a talkative mood this morning. I was doing chores and went through my mail. It's water bill month and my personal rental water bill was $1725. I tried to remain calm but it was extremely disconcerting. I waited until 815 and called the head of public works. He said he would look into it. City Hall called me back at 9:30 and didn't leave a message. It was too busy all day to return the call. I finally called at 3:30 and was told that the flag my account months ago and have been estimating it because something is wrong. She readjusted it to $109. She mentioned that she had called me but didn't leave a message. Thanks. LOL
So I am sitting post work sipping on a diet Pepsi. I was going to travel tomorrow morning but I'm thinking I will just try to pack the car and get out of here. Sick of this place today. LOL
My girlfriend is going to come over for a few days again with her own dog. That will be nice and we have a few projects were going to work on an addition to picking raspberries.
