Hello everybody! I was trying to think of a username and to my surprise 'fat' was still available.
I have lost plenty of weight and I want to stay in touch with the community of excellent people who have helped me achieve so much.
I hope to help all of you! My journey is not yet over. I still have lots of learning to do and I have some muscle to put on!
