I'm not impressed. All those women have undergone major restrictive dieting and are now weight suppressed. They have to remain vigilant forever to stay like that. I have no intentions of losing weight the way they did and I think these kinds of stories only promote diets and diets don't work.
Wonder what each person views as 'for good'? To me that means forever. Each woman in the article is at a different stage 2 years to 7 years. Heck I kept it all off for 2 years, then it all fell apart again.
It kind of made me feel like you should just have to lose weight and then never have to really worry again, when for many people it's really keeping at it for the rest of your life.
The before and after a were nice to see though, I always find them motivating.
