  • Home today - feeling yucky - sinus headache due to major allergy attacks....took an antihistaimine and feel like I"m in a fog!

    Wearing my exercise clothes, but can't get up the energy to move my body.....feel like a zombie...very weird!

    Breakfast:

    Total: 17.7.....and this morning's official weigh in # is: 197.8!

    No more than 15 gr. carbs for the day.

    Calories blew through the roof yesterday, 400 more than normal, darn exercise makes me hungrier Anyway another OP day ahead:

    For those who are interested...no in fact I could NOT STAY OFF THE SCALE THIS AM...what an addiction! (but it did read 197.2 which was a good thing!)

    I did get on the treadmill last night (9:30 pm!) for 30 minutes, and hopefully can do the same this evening (or maybe outside walk if it does not rain!).

    P.S. I went for WALK tonite...don't know what came over me...put on my runners and walked thru local park before it got too dark...with a stop at the library on the way home!

  • Guys, I have GOT to get back to this menu thing. I won't start with today because we went to a restaurant tonight and I ate a 'mega bar' and I had a spoon of this and a spoon of that...so it is hard to write it all down. They had good things! Pot roast, green beans, cabbage, chicken about 4 ways, and a salad bar and sugar free soft serve ice cream. I was happy!

    Tomorrow I start posting menus again...

  • RAINDY DAY FRIDAY
    Yesterday's dinner was a fiasco (or should I say non-dinner?).

    Soccer night, very hungry, grabbed some VERY BAD snacks on way out the door: about 8 doritos nacho chips....and ate the leftover mac & cheese on ds's plate! YIKES Can we say carb overload (and it was only about 1/3 cup).

    I was out the rest of the evening, so nothing more went in my mouth. The good news is my calories were very low yesterday which may have compensated...cuz I am still in ketosis....and I checked twice and the scale is reading 195 ..and all time low. I am hoping to get to my goal of 185 by dr appt on Oct 23rd.

    Maybe the exercise is kicking in....will have to jump on treadmill today, as an outdoor walk would make me soaking wet!

    Needless to say I am starving today:

    Froufy - I wish my exercise would kick in! Although this is only my first full week back to it! And I am sore so I am sure there is some water retention in the muscles!
