... glad to hear someone can cut out carbs easier than go jogging ... I don't jog but I'll take a brisk walk over no carbs any day.
I have an extremely hard time in that area
We were just talking on a thread that I'm on about small goals so if you set your first mini goal at 5lbs down from your start weight that may help with motivation. There are some 2% loss and 5lb loss threads that keep running on here. They're fun, give them a try

I find it easier to exercise so thats awesome you won't have as much trouble. Best of luck!
