    Does anyone have the latest Phase I sheet? I am looking to restart (just ordered shakes and some bars...).

    I'm about to restart and was wondering the same thing....which is the latest Phase I? I've come across a few versions on this site but all from a few years ago and nothing indicating which is the most recent. Thanks.
