you can always lose weight no matter how big you are. Have you tried seriously calorie counting? Check out myfitnesspal.com, read the forums and start counting! This time next year you can be 80 lbs down!

I agree with chel325. You can always lose weight. It will probably take some hard work and dedication but it can be done! Go for it!!!!
