I moved to Europe and want to start IP again (after 2 babies and lot of baby weight).
1) Has anyone found food items abroad that match IP?
2) What is the nutritional daily equivalent of IP? - ie how many cals, protein, fats etc?
3) Has anyone made IP with "real food" - i.e. with eggs/egg whites, other foods? At least to replace 1 meal per day (I can chug shakes for the other).
