Just wondering if anyone has ever used these 2 things together? I wouldn't think the patches & supplements would have a big impact on the IP stuff, but I am not sure about the shakes - like if I used a Thrive shake every other day instead of the IP for breakfast.
Insight is appreciated - thinking I probably won't mix them, and use the Thrive to help maintain & reduce inflammation like I did when I came off protocol before.
