A few days ago I was reading a thread on coffee creamers, now I can't find it.
I bought Fat Free Evaporated milk for coffee (2-3 cups/day)
Serving size-2 Tbsp Calories per serving-25
Total Fat-O%
Cholesterol 0%
Sodium-35 mg
Total Carb-3 gm
Fiber 0%
Sugars-2 gm
Any opinions on this? I'm easing my way to P2 and don't want to mess anything up.

No matter what programs I have tried in the past, I do not change my coffee for any of them. I've never used sugar in my coffee. Always milk or half and half. I stay away from the powdered creamers and any half and half that contains corn syrup or carageen. Sometimes I use almond milk too. I always have that on hand.
