What helped me stay on plan (not directed at you, just newbies like you and me

), I read some posts about getting kicked out of ketosis. I wanted to know what it meant physically/mentally/etc. It looks like it's about 3 days loss of fat burning while we get ourselves back on track while still eating IP food.
My meal replacements cost about $13 a day plus the veggies/protein. I don't want to waste that money! Im literally using the actual cost of the diet as incentive. $39 wasted (i.e. 3 days getting into ketosis again) isn't worth it to me, esp since it also extends out my "getting to goal" date. I want to be there asap!
