Hi all!
Wondering what others experiences are. My coach has recommended that I not split up my 8oz of protein, but do as protocol states and eat it all at dinner. I really don't have a problem eating it all at dinner most nights, but I'm also fine with less. I had one egg with my breakfast yesterday and noticed how much longer I felt full and satisfied than after just a packet. Do any of you split the protein, and have you noticed any changes in the amount you lose per week?
